My garment does not fit me. What can I do?

For the sizing issue, we provide a Margin on all over Anarkali suits collection. So that in case it does not perfectly fit you, you can get the fitting done as you like.

But you don`t want to do fitting your self and the product does not fit and you would like a new size, please request a size exchange with the customer service team within 48 hours of receiving the product. Our team will try its best to help you with any size exchanges, and alterations subject to availability.


Why my exchange is not accepted?

We provide detailed product descriptions for every outfit along with its colour, fit, wash care and other details. However, due to differences in every gadget’s display settings, colours, etc., there might be a slight colour difference. Therefore, we will not be able to entertain or accept exchange requests under colour difference, fabric material, quality, etc.
